Return policy for Snoozepal

Return policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your Snoozepal if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To apply for a refund, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or via the contact form on our website. It is not necessary to return the soft toy unless this is explicitly agreed. After reviewing your request, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.

Refund
Once your refund has been approved, the refund will automatically be made to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchange
A direct exchange is not possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with a Snoozepal soft toy, you can request a refund under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee and then place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellations
Cancellations are not possible as our shipping process is automated and orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours of receipt. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it upon receipt under our 14-day return guarantee and request a refund.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and find a solution together.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Some item types are excluded from the return guarantee, including:

• Personalized Snoozepal stuffed animals or custom-made products.
• Hygiene products, especially opened packaging of products that require direct skin contact.
• Reduced items and gift cards.

European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal
If the goods have been delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or request a refund within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. We require proof of purchase or other proof of purchase for processing.
