Return policy

1. right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a person named by you takes possession of the goods.

2. request return

Log in to your customer account on our website.

There you can submit a return request for the desired order.

Our team will check your request and then send it to you:

  • the return address
  • a return label, if applicable
  • Information on the further procedure

Please return the goods only after receiving our confirmation and within 14 days of approval.

3. condition of the goods

Please make sure that

  • the products are unused, clean and in their original packaging
  • opened or heavily used products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons are excluded from exchange (e.g. heavily soiled or damaged soft toys)

4. costs of the return shipment

  • A lump sum of CHF 5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for each return.
  • In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return costs and no flat rate will be deducted.

5. refund

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method used - minus the return fee.

The refund will be made within 7-10 working days.

6. exchange

If you would like an exchange (e.g. for a different model or in the event of a defect), you can also indicate this directly in the return request.

We will send you the new product after receiving and checking the return.

There is no flat rate for exchanges due to defects.

7. exceptions

Excluded from the return are

  • Vouchers and digital products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
