3. Conclusion of contract
   The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after the order is sent by means of an automated e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation.
4. Prices and shipping costs
   The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
5. Delivery conditions
   Delivery takes place in Switzerland & Germany. The delivery time is usually 25-30 working days. We will point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
6. Payment
   Payment can be made in advance, by credit card or PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.
7. Retention of title
   The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
8. Right of withdrawal

9. Warranty
   The statutory liability for defects applies.
10. Liability
    We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the event of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the customer may regularly rely. This limitation of liability shall also apply in favor of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

13. Applicable law
